Gargano’s typical cuisine is characterized by a multiplicity of dishes ranging from cheeses, meats and fish. In our restaurant you can taste the true tradition of Gargano.
The cuisine that identifies the Gargano is simple and traditional but not for this reason not tasty. There are many typical products that characterize our territory:
- cheeses made with garganic goat’s milk and podolic beef: among them we include caciocavallo, cacioricotta, scamorzes and mozzarella
- fresh fish caught in the waters of the Adriatic and lake fish
- vegetables: asparagus, wild rocket, sun-dried tomatoes and capers
- extra virgin olive oil
